These are the terms and conditions of your item hire

Please read them carefully as they protect you as the hirer and us as the hiree

  1. All items must be returned in the same condition that they are picked up in. When you pickup your item you will be required to go through the inspection sheet which gives detail of the items condition.
  2. All hirers must have contents insurance or obtain one at the time of hiring from us
  3. Items will be cleaned when hired out and must be returned clean.
  4. A Booking fee is payable for hires and is not refundable in the event of cancellation.

Cancellations

  1. Reservations that are cancelled will have no fees decuted except the required non refundable booking fee provided that they are cancelled 72 hours before pickup.
  2. Reservations that are cancelled will have 50% fees decuted except the required non refundable booking fee provided that they are cancelled 48 hours before pickup.
  3. Reservations that are cancelled will have 100% fees decuted except the required non refundable booking fee if they are cancelled 24 hours before pickup.
